Not quite, its the aggregate bandwidth utilization for all the UC Santa Cruz entrance routers -- but yes, the big gap is from that cut. You can see in the very far right, bottom corner there is a tiny blip of green where things started to come back and I could post this image.

Is that dip from midnight to 9 just reduced usage while sleeping? Clearly people need to schedule their file sharing better.
