Having exhausted my patience on the larger desk, I painted the next object nearby. It seems like I must have moved my head around because, despite only painting highlights I actually saw, some of these are inconsistent. Oops, some of those background scribbles are crawling onto the foreground. I'm not sure why, but adding dust on the shiny screen was very satisfying. Somehow it makes you think the underlying surface is extra shiny. It was hard to stop adding spots. In other news, paint.net's color palette tools suck.
